What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the property address, your answers to the wizard questions, and the photos you upload. If you save a card or pay an invoice, the card itself is handled by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.

What we use it for

Quoting, scheduling, and doing the work: reviewing your photos, preparing your quote, texting or emailing you about your project, keeping a service history for your property, and — if we can't take the job — referring you to a licensed professional who can. That's the whole list. No ad targeting, no data brokering, no newsletters you didn't ask for.

Text messages

Texting is opt-in: the quote form has a separate, unchecked box, and leaving it unchecked never affects your quote. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected by Drive Electric will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who else touches the data

Only the services that make the site run: cloud hosting and file storage for your photos, a text messaging provider to deliver SMS, an email provider for transactional email, Stripe for payments, and Google's address autocomplete when you type your address. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and job records are kept as business records — service history on your panel is genuinely useful to you and any future owner. If you want your information deleted, ask and we'll remove everything we're not legally required to keep (like invoices).
